See everyone you blocked.

Find your full blocked list in the app, or get it with dates from your data download.

In the app

  1. Go to your profile → menu (☰) → Settings and activity.
  2. Under “Who can see your content”, tap Blocked.
  3. Tap Unblock next to anyone you want to unblock.

The app shows no dates, and on long lists it’s hard to search.

With dates, from your data download

Your Instagram data download includes a blocked profiles file in the followers and following folder. It lists each account you blocked and when. Accounts you restricted are in a separate file.

What you can’t see

Instagram never tells you who blocked you, and neither does your data. Be careful with apps that claim to show it. They guess, and many ask for your password. See are unfollower apps safe?

FAQ

Can I see who blocked me on Instagram?

No. Instagram doesn’t share that, and no file in your data download contains it.

Does the blocked list show dates?

Not in the app. The blocked profiles file in your data download does.

Does unblocking someone make them follow me again?

No. Unblocking doesn’t restore a follow; they would have to follow you again.
