Simple, fair terms.

1. The service

Unwrapped is a browser-based tool that reads data exports you download from social media platforms and presents insights about them. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Use it for your own data

Only analyze exports of accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Don’t use the tool to harass, track or profile other people.

3. Accuracy

Results are only as accurate as the export the platform provides. Exports can lag behind the app, omit data, or include deactivated accounts. Screen-time figures are estimates reconstructed from timestamps. Don’t rely on the results for decisions with legal or financial consequences.

4. Pro licenses

  • A license unlocks Pro features for the purchased period (30 days, 12 months) or permanently (lifetime) for personal use.
  • Your license key may be used on your own devices. Sharing or reselling keys is not allowed; abused keys may be revoked.
  • Time-limited plans do not renew automatically. Renewing adds time on top of the remaining period.
  • “Lifetime” means for as long as the service is operated.

5. Payments

  • Prices are in US dollars. Crypto payments are converted at the rate shown at checkout.
  • You’re responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network (for USDT: TRON/TRC20). Funds sent on a wrong network or to a wrong address can’t be recovered by us.
  • Network and exchange fees are paid by the sender.

6. Refunds

Because Pro activates instantly and the free tier lets you try every tool beforehand, payments are final. If Pro doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, contact us within 14 days and we’ll find a fair solution.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
