Your TikTok data download holds every video you watched, with a timestamp. Unwrapped rebuilds your sessions to show real hours, your longest binge, when you scroll — plus followers, searches and a TikTok Wrapped card. Nothing leaves your phone.
It’s read on this device — nothing is uploaded.
We group your watch history into viewing sessions (a gap of more than 10 minutes starts a new one) — a far more honest estimate than counting videos.
TikTok can take a few hours to a few days. When it’s ready, open the Download data tab, save the ZIP and drop it here.
Request your TikTok data (Settings and privacy → Account → Download your data, choose “All data” and JSON), then drop the ZIP here. Unwrapped reconstructs your viewing sessions from the watch history and totals the time.
Yes. Open Video finder: every video you watched, liked, saved or shared is listed with its date and time. Pick the day and time of day you remember and open the video again. The export has no titles, so the date and time are your best clues.
TikTok doesn’t offer a full Wrapped of your viewing habits. Unwrapped builds one from your own data export — hours, binges, peak hour and persona — as a story-sized card you can share.
Make sure you requested All data. Custom selections may leave the watch history out. Exports also only include the history TikTok still keeps.
The export records when each video started, not how long you watched it. We treat views less than 10 minutes apart as one session, measure from the first to the last view and add a short tail for the final video. It’s an estimate — but a consistent, honest one.
Never. Everything is computed from your downloaded file, inside your browser.
