How do I audit my Instagram account for free?

How is the health score calculated?
It combines the factors your export can measure — follow-back balance, audience authenticity, two-way engagement, active following, growth momentum and (with two exports) follower retention — weighted into one score. Factors that can’t be measured are left out rather than guessed.
Can I audit a client’s account?
Yes, with their permission: ask them to download their own data export and send you the ZIP. It’s analyzed on your device, and the Creator plan turns it into a branded PDF report.
