How can I see who doesn’t follow me back on Instagram?

Download your Instagram information (Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information → Followers and following), then drop the ZIP on this page. Unwrapped compares your followers and following lists and shows everyone you follow who doesn’t follow you back.

Can I find a post I liked or a comment I wrote?

Yes. Open Likes & comments finder to search every post you liked or saved and every comment you wrote, by account, word or year. More about it.

Can I see my old Instagram stories and posts?

Yes — if you include media in your data download. Open Your posts & stories to browse every photo and video you posted, including stories that disappeared long ago, with captions and dates. Tap one to save the original file. Your chats are in Message viewer.

Can I see who unfollowed me on Instagram?

Yes — by comparing two exports. Your first export is saved as a private snapshot in your browser. When you drop a newer one, Unwrapped shows exactly which followers disappeared in between. Accounts that were deactivated also disappear, so the list can include those.

Is it safe? Do you need my Instagram password?

We never ask for your password and never log in to Instagram. Everything is computed from the file Instagram gives you, inside your own browser. Nothing is uploaded.

JSON or HTML — which format should I pick?

Both work. JSON is a little more reliable and faster to process, so choose JSON if you can.

Why are some accounts missing or listed twice?

The export reflects Instagram’s data at the moment it was created and can lag a few hours behind the app. Deactivated accounts can still appear. Duplicates are merged automatically.

Does it work with Threads?

Yes. If your Instagram export contains Threads followers and following, Unwrapped shows a separate Threads dashboard — and the cross-platform map compares both.
