Privacy policy

Your data stays yours.

The short version: your social media export never leaves your device. We can’t see it, store it, or sell it — because we never receive it.

1. Your social media exports

When you choose or drop a file, it is opened and analyzed by code running in your browser. The file and its contents are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else’s. Our Content-Security-Policy blocks the page from connecting to any server except our own, and our own server has no endpoint that accepts your export.

2. What is stored in your browser

  • Follower snapshots (lists of account names or IDs and a date) in IndexedDB, so we can tell you who unfollowed you next time. You can download them as a backup file and delete them at any time.
  • Your license key and a signed license token in localStorage, so Pro stays unlocked.
  • Preferences such as accounts you chose to “keep” and unfollow-queue progress.

This data never leaves your device. Delete it any time on My license → Local data, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

3. What our server stores

Only what is needed to sell and validate licenses:

  • Orders: plan, price, payment method, the amount and transaction reference, status and timestamps.
  • Licenses: the key, plan, expiry date, and the e-mail address if you chose to give one.
  • A salted, one-way hash of your IP address used only for rate limiting (raw IP addresses are not stored).

4. Payments

Crypto payments are public by nature: transactions on a blockchain can be seen by anyone. If you pay with USDT on TRON, our server checks the public blockchain (via the TronGrid service) to confirm your payment. If you pay through our payment partner (NOWPayments), you’re subject to their privacy policy for that step. We never see or store card or bank details.

5. E-mail

If you enter an e-mail address at checkout, we use it only to send your license key and a reminder before a time-limited plan ends. We don’t send marketing e-mails and never sell or share addresses.

6. Cookies & analytics

We don’t use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. To know which pages are useful, our own server keeps anonymous daily counters: the page path, the website you came from (domain only), the page language, whether a demo, an analysis or a checkout was opened that day, and which dashboard sections (for example “Not following back”) were opened — just a count per section, nothing from inside them. No cookies, no IP addresses and no identifiers are stored, and nothing about the files you analyze is ever sent. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, nothing is counted.

7. Hosting

The site is served by a content delivery network, which processes standard request information (like IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

8. Your rights & contact

You can ask us to delete your order and license records at any time. Contact us through the support address shown on the My license page.
