Blog · Spotify

Your all-time listening hours.

Wrapped covers one year. Your extended streaming history covers every song since you joined.

Why Wrapped isn’t enough

Spotify Wrapped shows your minutes for one year, and it stops counting in autumn. The app has no all-time total.

Get every play since you joined

  1. On spotify.com, go to Account → Privacy settings → Download your data.
  2. Tick Extended streaming history. It can take up to 30 days to arrive.
  3. Drop the ZIP into Spotify stats. It adds up every play, on your own device.

You’ll see your total hours, the hours for each year, your all-time top artists and songs, and the songs you skip the most. More on the files in our extended streaming history guide.

What counts as listening

Every play is stored with the milliseconds you actually listened, so skips after a few seconds add almost nothing. Podcasts are included and shown separately.
